Yes! Zoppah ships worldwide your shipping fee is calculated at checkout once your goods have been consolidated and the shipping weight realised.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Clients should expect to receive their orders within 10 to 15 days by Air or 6 to 8 weeks via sea upon payment verification. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Zoppah account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

All our orders are sent via the shipment option (Courier, Air Cargo or Sea) you would have chosen.

All goods in our store are sold ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired item, it is recommended that you make your payment at checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. A tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from the Shipping Company

HOW CAN I CHECK IF/WHEN AN ITEM WILL COME BACK IN STOCK?

Most of our items aren’t made in large quantities; therefore items may go out of stock quickly. Please note that items don’t always come back in stock. You can contact us if there is a specific item you’re waiting for.
