As you place your order, please take note that you are ordering in China. Zoppah is just a medium to facilitate your ability to place order. We expect you to be satisfied with the products the store has on display, BUT in the unfortunate circumstances that you are not happy with the order, (maybe there has been an error with your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase), please follow the directions below to return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order. We expect the product to be unused and still in its original format.

Zoppah will facilitate your returning the goods to your suppliers. Please note that Zoppah will not cover your return costs to the suppliers as our role is merely to facilitate. Once the supplier has refunded your order we will then process your refund.

It will be your responsibility to pay for shipping for the return of the goods.

There are a few points at which the refunds policy is still actively applicable; in which case, as a customer you can request a refund from Zoppah.

Zoppah’s responsibility is to ensure that you are able to make a successful purchase of products internationally at the best prices. Once an item has been purchased; service charges are immediately accrued and therefore administrative costs are recoverable.

Refund immediately after purchase and before placing with Supplier – 5% administrative cost

Refund after placing with Supplier and before delivery to the warehouse – 7.5% administrative cost

Refund after Supplier has delivered to warehouse and before International shipping – 10% administrative costs but supplier country shipping costs

Once international shipping has commenced; it is not possible to process refunds; only returns. Refunds at this stage will only be processed at the discretion of Zoppah and at the administrative fee of 20%.
